Audax is proud to present the debut album of the stunningly talented Guatemalan soprano Adriana González, who, after winning Placido Domingo’s Operalia 2019, already has the opera world at her feet. Together with pianist/conductor Iñaki Encina Oyón, known for his forays into neglected and unknown repertoire, she delves here into early 20th-century French Mélodie with a focus on the exceptional expressive qualities of husband and wife composers Robert Dussaut and Hélène Covatti.

Avec le pianiste et chef d’orchestre Iñaki Encina Oyón, connu pour ses incursions dans des répertoires négligés ou inconnus, elle explore ici la mélodie française du début du 20esiècle en mettant l’accent sur les exceptionnelles qualités expressives du couple de compositeurs Robert Dussaut et Hélène Covatti.
